All individuals, regardless of their proficiency level, are encouraged to join. Beginners need not feel daunted. It is an educational retreat for anyone eager to explore world champion systems. Each WLS is tailored to accommodate participants of all skill levels, from beginners eager to learn the fundamentals to seasoned practitioners refining their techniques.

This unique beachfront ranch provides an authentic Costa Rican retreat with a unique blend of training sessions, expert guidance, local organic foods and relaxing & rejuvenating activities.

BOOKING FAQs 

WHEN IS HARMONIC FARMS OPEN EACH YEAR?

Harmonic Farms is open throughout the year except for a few weeks from early September to late October.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES HF ACCEPT?

We accept ACH payments, Wire, Zelle, PayPal and Venmo.

BOOKING AT HF

When you confirm that you would like to come, we will hold a temporary reservation for you for the next 3 days. To confirm the reservation you will then need to pay a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a reservation is confirmed, there cannot be any changes made to the dates unless you wish to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one for the alternative dates.

INDIVIDUAL

If you cancel your reservation for any reason more than 15 days prior to your arrival date then we will reimburse any payments made to us, as long as we are able to resell the reservation we have been holding for you.

The reimbursement can be either in the form of a refund or held in credit for a future booking.

If you cancel your reservation for any reason within 14 days of your arrival date then we will not be able to reimburse any amount that you have paid.

COUPLES

The above cancellation policy also applies for bookings for couples. If you’ve booked as a couple and you wish to cancel your reservation in part (so you’re cancelling 1 of 2 spots), please bear in mind that it will likely be impossible for us to resell the spot since this would mean that the person filling the cancellation would be sharing a king-size bed in 1 private ensuite room with the remaining explorer.
